Management Monday is starting again! I’ve weighed myself this morning but don’t have the proper type of measuring tape so haven’t measured. Hope to get one so I can start.
I’ve actually already started with some changes…several days ago I cut caffeine immensely out of my daily intake. I am only drinking one diet soda per day and only decaf coffee – pretty drastic change for me from three diet sodas and drinking half and half (half decaf, half regular) coffee 3 -4 times a day. But so far it’s going pretty good.
I’ve also gone to ONE sweet item per day instead of after every meal, and often as snacks.
I am additionally trying menu planning (check out my post for this week) but it’s not going too good so far. *grin* Do I at least get points for trying?
